Separate legal persons

Valistros, s. r. o. and Valistros Fondacija are separate and legally independent persons. Their use of the shared Valistros name, website, visual identity or contact arrangements does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, guarantee, group undertaking or joint liability, and does not authorize either entity to bind the other.

The applicable contracting entity is identified in each engagement agreement. Only that entity assumes the contractual rights, duties and liabilities arising from the engagement, unless a different allocation is expressly accepted in writing.
