Change That Holds.

Public-benefit work developed from the institutional practice that began in 2008.

Purpose & Origin

Valistros Foundation develops and supports programmes, grant-funded initiatives and public-benefit work.

Its institutional history begins with Dokukino, established by Darko Soković in Belgrade in 2008.

Centre for New Communications Dokukino is the Foundation’s sole founder and supervisory organ.

As the work expanded, separate programme and commercial structures were created across jurisdictions. The Foundation operates through its own governing bodies, legal mandate, decisions and resources. See Institutional Lineage.
